The 66-year-old star hasn’t released new music in 13 years, since the release of the studio album 50 Words For Snow.
Bush had a devoted following in 2022 after her 1985 song “Running Up That Hill” was featured in the fourth season of Netflix’s Stranger Things, despite the lag between releases and her highly guarded private life.
The singer of the band Hounds of Love stated on show, “I’m very keen to start working on a new album.”
“I have a lot of ideas,” she continued. Regaining that creative space is something I’m quite excited about. It has been a while.
Bush added that since all of her previous albums are distinct from one another, every new music she releases “has to be different.”
She stated that she was not yet prepared to take the stage again, even though she was excited to work on new music, stating, “I’m not there yet.”
