Members of the royal family, notably the Princess of Wales, used a secluded farmhouse on the Sandringham Estate as a private getaway.
But according to a story by OK!, the Duke of York, who has been embroiled in a conflict with King Charles, is choosing to stay in the remote five-bedroom farmhouse instead of attending the main family festivities at Sandringham.
Royal expert Jennie Bond shared her thoughts on the matter with the publication, saying, “Life becomes more complicated as families grow.” Additionally, the Yorks must now take into account four grandchildren and two sons-in-law.
Having the entire extended Royal family at Sandringham is starting to become intolerable, particularly with Camilla’s family.
