Over 100,000 people have signed an online petition calling for Tzipi Hotovely, the Israeli ambassador to the UK, to be expelled for her support of “destroying” Gaza.
Less than a month ago, a Change.org petition was started, stating that political envoys should promote good relations between nations and that they should be held accountable if they succeed in the contrary.
It states, “This petition is against actions that could potentially harm our society’s fabric, not against Israel or its people.”
Regarding how much, if not all, of Gaza must be destroyed in order to destroy Hamas and its extensive underground tunnel network, Hotovely made a number of highly controversial remarks.
