A Bannu-based Judicial Magistrate has issued arrest warrants for Judge Humayun Dilawar of Islamabad, as well as for his father and brother, on the grounds that they are allegedly unlawfully occupying valuable government land.
There are allegations of infringement on public property in this case.
Judge Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq, and their father Dilawar Khan all had arrest warrants issued for them.
In addition, Assistant Registrar Mall Taj Mali Khan, who is also connected to the case, has an arrest order filed for him.
Legal action was prompted by allegations that the accused had illegally occupied a valuable piece of government land.
