The remaining ODI players will leave for Melbourne today, according to a statement from the Pakistan Cricket Board.
As they get ready to lead the team in the forthcoming ODI and T20I series against Australia and Zimbabwe, Pakistan’s recently appointed white-ball captain, Muhammad Rizwan, and vice-captain, Salman Ali Agha, met with Mohsin Naqvi, chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board. The chairman wished the captain and vice-captain well during the meeting and expressed hope that they would play well in the upcoming international matches.
Naqvi highlighted the confidence in Rizwan’s leadership and emphasized the honor of captaining Pakistan’s white-ball team. “Being the captain of the Pakistani team is a distinguished honor,”
