Iran’s leaders expressed their sympathies to the families of four individuals murdered by Israeli strikes on Iranian military installations during the incident, which left over 30 others injured.
Iran’s enemies should be aware that these courageous individuals are defending their homeland with courage and will respond to any foolishness with tact and wisdom,” President Masoud Pezeshkian wrote on X.
In other news, the Hamas-run health ministry reported that Israeli attacks in the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahiya on Saturday night killed at least 22 people.
The truck mishap happened on Sunday morning as a bus dropped off passengers close to the Glilot military base in Ramat Hasharon, which is close to Tel Aviv, according to Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA) rescue service. Over thirty people suffered injuries.
According to a spokesman for Israeli police, an initial examination revealed that the truck struck both the bus and passengers.
