A sight of TV reporter Ashley ShahAhmadi during the December 7 SEC Championship game between Georgia and Texas left college football fans in a frenzy.
In addition to hosting the Dr Pepper halftime challenge, the 32-year-old Emmy Award-winning sports journalist attracted notice for her fashionable look, which included a brown blouse with no sleeves and a matching miniskirt.
Students competed for a chance to win $100,000 by chest-passing a football into a huge Dr. Pepper can at the event, which took place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
However, it soon became clear that spectators were more interested in ShahAhmadi’s romantic situation than the actual halftime competition, which led to rumors that she was formally engaged.
