On Wednesday, a large fire started at a gas station in Faisalabad, quickly spreading to an adjacent store and a residence while devouring an oil tanker parked there. As soon as the fire was reported, emergency personnel were sent to the location.
The cause of the fire, which is still being investigated, swiftly engulfed the oil tanker and spread its flames to the nearby equipment of the gas station. Due to the fire’s severity, the gas station, a local store, and a nearby residence all sustained major damage.
Teams from Rescue 1122 quickly arrived and put out the fire, limiting additional damage and possible casualties.
