In the occupied West Bank, there have been at least nine Palestinian deaths and two Israeli deaths due to violence. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, an Israeli airstrike on Jenin in the occupied West Bank resulted in the deaths of at least seven Palestinians on Sunday. According to the government, a gathering of people was the objective of the strike. Four brothers were reported to be among the deceased by Wafa, the official Palestinian news agency. During a raid in Jenin, three additional cops were injured and one officer was killed when her “vehicle…was hit by an explosive device,” according to Israeli police. In a different incident, Israeli troops opened fire on another Palestinian child inside a car at a checkpoint in the occupied West Bank.
