SARGODHA: In a May 9 case pertaining to the attack on the Mianwali judicial complex, National Assembly Opposition Leader Omar Ayub Khan was accused by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Sargodha, adding to the PTI leaders’ mounting legal troubles.
Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar is among those charged in Judge Muhammad Naeem’s court.
The court summoned the witnesses to the next hearing and postponed the hearing until February 28 since the accused refused to acknowledge the charges against them.
According to a statement from the police, there are up to 57 named parties in the investigation and 150 unidentified parties.
