KARACHI: After much effort, the police have finally obtained the physical remand of Armughan, the key suspect in the well-known murder case of Karachi youth Mustafa Amir.
The young person suspected of killing Mustafa and disposing of his body was placed under four days of police custody by an anti-terrorism court (ATC).
The occurrence occurs soon after ATC No I denied remand and the Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered the police to submit Armughan, ATC No II, in order to gain his remand.
After having trouble getting the trial court to remand the key suspect for questioning, the police turned to the high court. All four applications pertaining to Armughan’s remand on allegations of unlawfully possessing firearms, kidnapping, murder.
