Ahead of Valentine’s Day, the singer posted a humorous Instagram picture, demonstrating how humor and grief frequently go hand in hand.
Across from a house that is illuminated for a wedding party, Aslam can be seen in the footage sitting by the side of the road, looking despondent.
“Kehti thi ‘Main akele mar jaon gi, kisi aur se shadi nahi karon gi'” is the caption that has been placed on the video. “I’ll die alone, I’ll never marry anyone else,” she used to remark.
