General Syed Asim Munir, primary of Army Staff (COAS), was the primary guest at today’s rollout event for the cutting-edge HAIDER tank at Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT).
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), key dignitaries attended the event, including the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China and high-ranking officials from the Chinese state company NORINCO, highlighting Pakistan and China’s strong collaboration in defense technology.
HAIDER, the newest addition to Pakistan’s armored warfare arsenal, was presented amid much fanfare. The tank, created through a seamless synthesis of indigenous experience and Chinese partnership, has extraordinary breakthroughs in firepower, defense, and maneuverability, reinforcing its status as a formidable force on the battlefield, according to the ISPR.
