Marriyum Aurangzeb, the senior minister for Punjab, issued a warning on Sunday against contesting the state’s writ.
expressing her opinions after the power show in Sangjani revealed that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had broken the NOC. “It does not matter that the PTI stages a rally or causes uproar, the party [PTI] will have to bear the brunt.”
“It has been said that the new law has been established to protect the thieves,” she said, making a jab at the PTI. The initial application under the new law was filed by the criminal responsible for the vandalism on May 9.
“Those who hurl allegations at others themselves want to escape by getting the NRO,” she remarked.
