RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Tuesday that Principal Staff Officer (PSO) Lt Gen S M Kamr-ul-Hassan of the Armed Forces Division of Bangladesh and Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir emphasized the significance of a stronger defense collaboration.
According to a statement released by the military’s public affairs department, both parties emphasized during their discussion at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi that the long-term alliance between the two fraternal countries must continue to be strong against outside influences.
According to the ISPR, both parties had in-depth conversations about the changing security landscape in the area and looked into new opportunities to strengthen their military cooperation.
The need of coordinated efforts to advance peace and stability in South Africa was reaffirmed by the COAS.
