Barrister Gohar, Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has declared preparations to contest a recent ruling by the Peshawar High Court (PHC) on reserved seats in the Supreme Court.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, he emphasized the seriousness of the situation, pushing the Supreme Court to expedite the hearing by establishing a larger bench.
The PTI chairman announced that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government will form a committee to investigate suspected misbehavior by party members. The committee, co-chaired by Barrister Gohar and Sher Afzal Marwat, will provide recommendations to enhance workplace conduct and potentially boost productivity.
Furthermore, Barrister Gohar revealed that he, along with four other lawyers, met with the founder of the PTI to discuss recent developments in the PHC.He stressed that the PTI founder’s health is steady and highlighted the significance of the planned protest in Peshawar on March 23.
