An embarrassing comment made by Blake Lively about her Gossip Girl co-star Leighton Meester has been making the rounds on social media in an old interview.
Blake, who plays Serena van der Woodsen in the well-known series, allegedly made a cruel comment about Blair Waldorf, her co-star.
The actress from A Simple Favor was seen making multiple jabs at Leighton in an undated panel discussion with the other actresses that leaked on TikTok.
“Blondes are more fun anyway,” Blake said in response to Leighton’s comments about her character in Gossip Girl being a brunette.
“Some of us started in a cage,” the actress said insensitively in the same interview, referring to Leighton, who was born in a prison.
