After a United Airlines aircraft touched down in Hawaii on Christmas Eve, a corpse was discovered in the wheel well, also referred to as the landing gear compartment, the airline reported.
Tuesday morning, Flight 202 took off from O’Hare airport in Chicago and arrived at Kahului airport in Maui in the afternoon.
According to United Airlines, the individual’s method of entering the landing gear, which was only reachable from the exterior of the Boeing 787-10 aircraft, was still unknown.
The business announced that it was conducting an investigation with law enforcement.
No name has been given to the deceased.
