RAWALPINDI: In the £190 million settlement case, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were given a 14-page questionnaire by an accountability court in Rawalpindi.
The pair was given the questionnaire, which includes 79 reference-related questions, for their final answers in accordance with Section 342 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), 1898.
During the most recent session, the questionnaire was given to their attorney, Salman Safdar, in front of the two accused. On November 11 (tomorrow), the couple was instructed to turn in their answers to the court.
The court asked the PTI founder in the questionnaire, a copy of which is available with News, if he and his accomplices unlawfully acquired “monetary benefits” that included land measuring.
