PESHAWAR: Although Bushra Bibi’s role in the political struggle has been denied, party insiders claim that the former first lady has been organizing the party’s ranks to guarantee that as many workers as possible will participate in the November 24 protest, The News claimed on Monday.
As the party prepared for the planned protest, the Chief Minister’s House became the focal point of PTI’s political activities, according to sources close to the situation who spoke to News. Bushra also met with PTI leaders from Hazara, Malakand, and Balochistan at the CM House on multiple occasions.
According to party lawyer Faisal, the revelation appears to be at odds with the “categorical denial” of the former first lady’s political activity.
