ISLAMABAD: Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, sobbed at a hearing at a local court in the federal capital, complaining about the “unjust sentencing” she and the imprisoned former premier received.
The former first lady, who was registered at the Tarnol, Karachi Company, Ramna, Secretariat, and Kohsar police stations, went before the court of Islamabad District Magistrate Afzal Majoka to obtain bail for her husband in six cases and herself in another.
“For the past nine months, I have been subjected to injustice by people in charge of upholding the law. “The PTI founder and I received unfair sentences,” she remarked.
“There is no justice; I haven’t come to seek justice,” Bushra Bibi cried heartily.
