KARACHI: One day after being arrested during a demonstration against the arrest of the movement’s leadership in Balochistan, Sammi Deen Baloch, the leader of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), challenged her 30-day incarceration in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday.
According to the petitioner’s attorney, the case will be heard by a two-member bench tomorrow.
As the BYC continued its protest, Karachi police used force to disperse Sammi and a number of other people who had been arrested for breaking Section 144 the day before.
