The start of Margalla Enclave, a new residential development intended to “redefine” urban living in Islamabad, has been jointly announced by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
Speaking to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), a CDA spokesperson characterized the project as ambitious, emphasizing its cutting-edge architecture, advantageous location, and adjustable payment schedules.
Three different sizes of residential plots will be available at Margalla Enclave: 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. The project provides a variety of one-, two-, and three-year payment plans to accommodate a wide range of financial capacities in order to guarantee accessibility.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa lauded the joint initiative as a “significant milestone in Islamabad’s urban development.”
