For teachers working in the private sector, Dubai has requirements for its “golden visa.” As per Khaleej Times, interested candidates might submit their applications for the program starting on October 15.

Teachers employed by private schools, foreign higher education institutions, and early childhood centers will have access to it (HEIs).
These candidates need to fulfill the following requirements.
Exhibit exceptional academic achievement and creative contributions to the field of education.
have demonstrated a commitment to raising the standard of instruction at their individual schools and winning the support of the larger educational community.
