Celebrity chef Alex Guarnaschelli has revealed a new Nutella initiative aimed at utilizing a pancake fundraiser to support firehouses across the United States.
And there’s a big mention of her go-to pancake recipe.
The chef, who resides in New York, is the director of the “Stacks for Giving Back” initiative, which organizes pancake fundraiser breakfasts to benefit firehouses around the country.
In an on-camera interview regarding the value of firefighters, she said to News, “Being a native New Yorker, I feel like I’ve always been aware of firetrucks, of the sound of them, of seeing firefighters and what they do — they’re an essential part of any community.”
