ISLAMABAD According to The News, China has reaffirmed its strong support for Pakistan in defending its territorial integrity and sovereignty, pursuing a development path appropriate for its national circumstances, fighting terrorism, and taking a more active role in regional and global events.
Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong reiterated China’s steadfast support for Pakistan during his remarks at the opening ceremony of the “Esthetic Bridge” exhibition at the Silkroad Culture Centre on Sunday.
The Chinese envoy added, “Let them shine in each other’s light,” in reference to fostering communication and mutual learning between the Islamic and Chinese civilizations.
