Before entering the set of Hulu’s Good American Family, Christina Hendricks disclosed that she had just thirty hours to get ready for her role as Cynthia Mans.
“I had to work very, very quickly because I got cast 30 hours before I was on set,” Hendricks told US Weekly.
In addition, the actress read the script right away and watched the documentary The Curious Case of Natalia Grace to learn about the true story.
She also collaborated with a dialect coach to set her character apart from the controversial adoptive parents, the Barnetts.
According to the article, Hendricks plays Cynthia Mans, Natalia Grace’s third adoptive mother, in the second part of the series.
