ISLAMABAD: During his time as the nation’s top judge, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP)-designate Justice Yahya Afridi has vowed to uphold the rule of law for the populace, the importance of the separation of powers principle, and the preservation of the dignity and majesty of the court, according to The News.
