Renowned actor Daniel Dae Kim recently talked about embracing his newfound “cool” factor and transcending cultures as a result of his involvement in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Kim, a judge at the Red Sea Film Festival, said he is delighted to see “great talent” from the area in an interview with Deadline Studio in Jeddah.
He also discussed how international cooperation may “make the world a little bit smaller,” adding that he was introduced to a “new generation of fans” through Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender.
“I know the amount of work it entails and how seriously one needs to take that work,” the 56-year-old performer, who was on a jury at an international film festival during his sophomore year, famously stated.
