Farhan Asif, the person accused of spreading false information that caused unrest in Britain, has been found not guilty by a provincial court in Lahore.
But as of this morning’s hearing, Farhan Asif has been released from the case by the court. According to the investigating officer, Asif had just shared the already-circulated news, which was already in circulation.
After conducting a thorough investigation, the investigating officer declared that there was no evidence against the accused. The accused, Farhan Asif, was then asked by the court when and with whom he had communicated the information.
After six hours, Asif replied that he had removed the post. The plea to remove Farhan Asif from the case was then granted by the court.
