Despite her poor health, Queen Camilla recently continued one of her favorite Christmas customs.
According to PEOPLE magazine, on Thursday, December 12, the queen of the United Kingdom threw a tree-trimming party at her and King Charles’ London home.
Camilla has made this event a yearly holiday custom, honoring the children of Roald Dahl’s Marvelous Children’s Charity and Helen & Douglas House, the first children’s hospice in history, located in Oxfordshire.
Both charities that offer seriously ill children and their families medical, emotional, and practical care are patronized by the 77-year-old Queen consort.
