The CDA said in a statement on Wednesday that the long-standing dispute over 729 plots had been resolved after the DHA had given plot allocation letters in the CDA’s favor in view of the land swap in 2007–2008.
After receiving 2,400 kanals of land from the CDA in 2007–2008, the DHA was expected to provide the municipal organization with 729 developed plots. A CDA representative stated that 729 plots in DHA Phase 6 Block A are available and will be made available to Pakistanis living abroad as well as the general public.
Prior to a recent agreement between the DHA and the CDA, which calls for the DHA to develop 10,000 kanals of land in the Kuri region, this significant development occurred.
