Dick Van Dyke, who will turn 100 in December, has dished on the secret behind his healthy life.
While appearing on the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast of Ted Danson, he candidly talked about his fitness routine.
“I’m almost 100. This is insane,” the Mary Poppins actor began by saying, “Somebody said, ‘To what do you attribute your age and physical condition?’
Revealing a secret behind his healthy long-age, Dyke continued, “I’ve always exercised three days a week. We go to the gym still, and I think that’s why I’m not stove up like my equals.”
