According to reports, Sean “Diddy” Combs is utilizing the race card to get out of the legal troubles he’s been in.
Transportation to participate in prostitution is one of the allegations against the music entrepreneur in the three-count federal indictment.
He faces the Mann Act, which deals with transporting individuals across state lines for sexual purposes, and a conviction under this federal felony may result in a 15-year prison sentence.
“This case is unprecedented in many ways, but perhaps most notably, and most disturbingly, no White person has ever been the target of a remotely similar prosecution,” Diddy’s legal team argued in a request filed last month to have this dismissed.
