While checking shipping containers at the Port of Houston last week, Ryan McMahon, an officer with the United States Coast Guard, and his colleagues heard barking coming from one of the thousands of containers surrounding them.
In a video that they captured, one of the inspectors stated, “Oh, it’s scratching, dude,” as the group peered up at the container, which was stacked roughly 25 feet (8 meters) above the ground.
It was brought to the ground using a crane, and a very amiable and adorable dog emerged, according to The HuffPost.
Petty Officer 2nd Class McMahon stated, “As soon as we opened it, we could see the little dog’s face poking out.” She simply didn’t seem afraid at all. To put it simply, she seemed happier than anything.
