Because of safety concerns, Shakira has canceled her third show.
The 48-year-old singer revealed on her Instagram account that her performance in Santiago, Chile, had been postponed.
The multi-Grammy winner said in Spanish, “I am heartbroken that I cannot sing for you today for reasons beyond my control.”
“I would never compromise on two things: the safety of my team and my fans, and I would never give you a show that is not up to the caliber you deserve,” the Waka Waka hitmaker emphasized.
“You can only imagine how heartbreaking it is for me as an artist to realize that my show in Chile this time has to be rescheduled after so much work to visit this nation that I adore.”
