Over 30 planes across Pakistan have experienced major delays in their arrival and departure due to heavy weather and administrative issues.
At several airports, including Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore, flight schedules were affected, causing significant disruptions for passengers.
The flight SV-701 from Jeddah, operated by a foreign carrier, experienced a significant delay, lasting two and a half hours. In addition, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) reported a number of delays, including a two-hour delay on flight PK-302 from Karachi to Lahore. A second PIA aircraft, PK-300, was supposed to leave Islamabad for Karachi at 11 a.m., but it was delayed for the same amount of time.
Not even international flights were spared; the TK-709 aircraft from Karachi to Istanbul was delayed for three hours and is now scheduled to depart at nine in the morning.
