The singer shared the news on social media, expressing regret to her followers for the “inconvenience” and stating that she was still recovering from her illness that occurred during the conclusion of her Weekends With Adele residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
The 35-year-old announced to her fans that all five of the March weekends will be rescheduled, and that they would get the new dates as soon as possible.
Adele wrote on her post, “Unfortunately, I have to take a beat and pause my Vegas residency.”
“I was nauseous for my entire break and at the conclusion of the last leg.
“Shows resumed before I had an opportunity to fully recover, and now I’m unwell once more. Regrettably, this has taken a toll on my voice.
I am forced to completely rest per the doctors’ orders. This leg’s final five weekends will now take place at a later time.”
