The South Waziristan courts will all be moved to Dera Ismael Khan, according to a decision made by the Peshawar High Court (PHC).
All of South Waziristan’s courts were moved to DI Khan by the Peshawar High Court’s bench due to the unsettling state of law and order in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a security-related discussion, the Chief Justice and all the judges made the decision unanimously.
Due to the uncertain security situation, the courts have been relocated, and as of right now, cases from Tank and South Waziristan will be heard in DI Khan.
