Two distinct acts of terrorism in Balochistan on Saturday resulted in the shooting deaths of at least eight individuals, including four laborers and an equal number of police officers.
The assistant commissioner of Mangochar city said that four laborers were shot dead by militants in the Kalat district of Balochistan.
Four laborers were killed when unidentified attackers opened fire in Kalat’s Mangochar city’s Malangzai neighborhood.
According to the authority, the workers who were killed were from Punjab’s Sadiqabad region.
After receiving notification, Levies staff arrived on the scene and moved the remains to the Rural Health Centre Mande Haji so that the medico-legal procedures could be completed. The victims were reported to be borewell drillers in the media.
