To celebrate race Day, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, who has been heavily involved in this year’s US presidential race, chose to surprise users of his social networking platform X with an interactive new feature.
Users of the X observed that the Tesla CEO had modified the “Like” button on the platform for the highly anticipated US elections on Tuesday, as many Americans went to the polls.
This new feature caused a brief animation to play whenever a user clicked the “Like” button on a post, displaying a white ballot sliding into a red and blue ballot box.
After a user brought attention to the feature in a post that included an election-related meme, it swiftly went viral.
