Emma Stone appears to be living the Hollywood actress’ dream life, as evidenced by her Oscar nomination for 2024 despite Margot Robbie’s rejection.
The actress from Amazing Spiderman has tweeted her sincere gratitude for her film’s nomination at the 2019 Academy Awards.
The Academy’s research revealed that the 35-year-old actress said, “11 nominations for Poor Things feels like a surreal dream.”
She stated of the hugely successful dark comedy, “I am beyond grateful to the Academy for including me as both an actress and producer among this group of exceptional nominees and for recognizing our film in so many categories.”
Furthermore, the rising star of acting praised every member of her team for contributing to the success of the highly regarded movie Poor Things.
“Congratulations to Mark, Tony, Robbie, Holly, Blackfish, Nadia and Mark, Jerskin, Shona, James, Szusza, Andrew, Ed, and the captain of our ship, Yorgos Lanthimos on their nominations, as well as Searchlight Pictures and all of those in front of and behind the camera who brought this film to life,” she stated.
“I am forever thankful for the opportunity to play Bella and see the world through her eyes,” Emma wrote in her concluding statement, going into further detail about the “happiest character” she has ever played. She has demonstrated to me that there is so much more to life than violence and sweets.”
