The Museum of BBQ, devoted to all things barbecue, is set to debut in the spring of 2025 in Kansas City, Missouri. From the various components of the cuisine to the unique flavors of each regional variety, it will highlight them all.
Along with chef Alex Pope of the Local Pig restaurant in Kansas City, food writer Jonathan Bender is a co-founder of the Museum of BBQ.

Ten interactive displays devoted to the components and geographical areas of barbecue will be part of the immersive experience, which will also include a gift shop with rubs, sauces, and items with a barbecue theme.
