Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho, Minister of Health and Population Welfare, Sindh, and Rehan Iqbal Baloch, Secretary of Health, were present at the initiative’s launch today at the EPI Directorate.
During her speech, Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho stressed how the government is dedicated to providing frontline workers with the necessary tools so they may effectively and freely conduct immunization campaigns throughout the province. “We want our frontline workers to be independent and empowered so they can go into the field and conduct immunization activities with ease,” she said.
One such program that is essential to improving the efficacy of our immunization programs is the PSO card. These cards, which will give them monthly funding to support their outreach programs, will be distributed to all vaccinators.
