After hosting the second semi-final match between South Africa and New Zealand, the Pakistani authorities’ arrangements for the 2025 Champions Trophy were lauded by Dave Musker, Safety and Security Manager for the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Musker expressed his opinions about the eight-team competition and complimented the Pakistani army, Rangers, and police for providing the teams and ICC staff with unfailing security.
Before the second semi-final at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, he shared his opinions about the security institutions’ complete collaboration during the event.
He acknowledged that before the start of the main event, some teams had expressed reluctance to visit Pakistan.
The ICC manager remarked, “This has been a brilliant tournament,” adding that it will showcase Pakistan.
