Four Paws, a global animal welfare organization, has announced that one of its elephant specialists will soon go to Karachi in order to move Madhubala, an African elephant, into the Safari Park.
The News said that the final stages of development at the Safari Park to create a welcoming area for elephants will be visited by the specialists.
In a press release on Tuesday, the organization stated that Madhubala, an African elephant, will have the opportunity to reunite with her sisters Malika and Sonia, adding that this represents a major advancement in the efforts to provide a safe and secure environment that is appropriate for her species.
As final preparations are made, the emphasis is now on finishing the enrichment and landscaping of the elephant enclosure at the Safari Park.
