At least one person was hurt after an explosion shook Karachi’s New Sabzi Mandi on Monday.
Authorities are still figuring out what caused the explosion.
The explosion broke windows in adjacent shops and buildings, caused damage to many cars and motorbikes, and almost missed a security guard outside a bank.
The explosion is thought to have happened in a sewage drain beneath a private bank at the produce market, and police arrived on the scene almost away.
A motorcycle was launched onto the roof of a nearby automobile as a result of the explosion, which also caused the floor above the drain to collapse.
