ISLAMABAD In order to fill in the loopholes in the Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Act (PTRIA) 2013’s implementation, the Free and Fair Election Network (Fafen) has called for revisions, according to a Monday News article.
In order to put the PTRIA’s promise into action, Fafen, in its policy brief “Strengthening the RTI Framework in Punjab,” has urged tight cooperation between the Punjab Information Commission, the provincial assembly of Punjab, and civil society.
Fafen’s “Countering Disinformation through Information” campaign includes the policy brief.
