Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), declared on Monday that he opposed protests during the crucial Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
“We are almost close to reaching the consensus on the constitutional amendment,” Rehman stated in Tando Allahyar, when discussing the proposed alteration to the constitution. The constitutional amendment drafts had been shared by the Pakistan Peoples Party, JUI-F, and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
“Tomorrow, I am going to meet with Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, and then I will meet with Nawaz Sharif,” he declared.
