The bottle has been added digitally to the image. Additionally, a number of news organizations have previously fact-checked this image.

Reality
It has been confirmed by two Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Pakistan members that the image has been altered to add a whiskey bottle.
The secretary general of Sindh’s Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam, Maulana Rashid Mahmood Soomro, verified to Geo Fact Check that Rehman took the original photo on May 2, 2019, while traveling to Saudi Arabia. He went on to say that Abdullah Hasan, who was traveling with the politician at the time, took the picture.
Soomro posted more pictures from the trip along with the original photo, which does not feature a bottle of whiskey.
Muhammad Tariq Baloch, Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s personal secretary, affirmed the same.
